The most valuable gift we can give our grandchildren is wild, undeveloped open space. Once it's gone, it can never be brought back.
Jeanne and her husband moved to Dolores in 2013. Jeanne is passionate about spending time in the outdoors – hiking, biking, and paddleboarding in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter. She has a B.S. degree in Environmental Education from Cornell University and a Masters in Urban Planning, with an emphasis in Environmental Planning, from the University of Wisconsin. Jeanne currently works part-time as Development Manager for the Crow Canyon Archaeological Center in Cortez. She also serves on the Dolores Library Board and writes grants and newsletters for the Galloping Goose Historical Society of Dolores.
