Mike brings 10 years of farming and rural small-business experience to his role as Land Access Coordinator. After graduating college in Virginia, he worked his way up from a farm hand on small produce and livestock farms, to Farm Manager at an environmental education nonprofit, to operating his own farm on leased land. He spent the last 4 years as the Foreman of firewood operations at All Seasons Farm in Bayfield, where he felt a strong sense of pride in providing a basic but vital resource to the community.
