Our Team
Strategic Plan
In 2023, MLC released our newly updated organizational Strategic Plan. The plan is the result of a Community Values Assessment the organization completed in 2021, a process to learn about the conservation values of as many people in our area as possible. Those values have helped to shape our projects, programs, and our goals for the coming three years. This Plan, reflecting those values, is something we are truly proud to share with you.
