Directions to Fozzie’s Farm 19760 Road W, Lewis CO 81327:

• From Cortez head north on Highway 491 for 11.4 miles until you reach Road W. Turn left (west) on Road W and continue for 0.7 miles.  The farm driveway is on the left (south) side of the road; look for the large cottonwood trees near the canal and the Fozzie’s Farm sign on the fence.
• From Dolores and Mancos head northwest on Highway 184 until it ends at Highway 491. Turn right (north) on Highway 491 and continue for 1.1 miles until you reach Road W. Turn left (west) on Road W and continue for 0.7 miles. The farm driveway is on the left (south) side of the road; look for the large cottonwood trees near the canal and the Fozzie’s Farm sign on the fence.
• From Dove Creek and Pleasant View head south on Highway 491 until you reach Road 20. Turn right (south) on Road 20 and continue to Road W. Turn right (west) on Road W and continue for .25 miles.  The farm driveway is on the left (south) side of the road; look for the large cottonwood trees near the canal and the Fozzie’s Farm sign on the fence.
