Office Yard Celebration

Join Montezuma Land Conservancy for a celebration of our new and improved office yard in Cortez! MLC purchased and moved into our new office space in 2024. At that time, our large corner lot was a neglected patch of weeds. Now, after a couple years of work, generous funding support from the Land Trust Alliance and the LOR Foundation, and some incredible landscaping work done by Pleasantree Farm, we have a yard, garden, and community space worth celebrating!

So come on over to 321 E. North St. in Cortez between 4-6pm on Tues, Oct 6 for lawn games, refreshments, and the chance to help us envision future community-serving activations for this space.

This will be a fun and casual open house style event with ladder ball, corn hole, and good company. While RSVPs are not mandatory, we’d appreciate that you let us know if you plan to attend so we have a good headcount for snacks and drinks.
