Rooted Film Screening

Join MLC and partners in Telluride on Friday, December 19 from 4:30-6:00 pm for one of the first public screenings of the 15-minute short film “Rooted,” produced by filmmaker Treston Chee of Trees, Water & People (TWP). Rooted showcases MLC and TWP’s collaborative work on the Road 39 Restoration Project, a part of the Traditional Harvest Project with the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe. A panel discussion featuring Treston, MLC staff, Mountain Studies Institute staff, and other project partners will follow the screening.
