Salsa Festival

Join us at Fozzie’s Farm from 2-6pm on September 13th for a community event celebrating the first harvest in our new high tunnel! We’ll be making salsa fresh from the garden and providing additional food as well as fun activities for the whole family. Come learn about some of our upcoming programs and exciting new projects underway at Fozzie’s and leave with a belly full of food and a jar full of salsa. Participants are encouraged to bring their own homemade salsas, with the coveted title of 2025 Salsa Champion and a prize going to the crowd favorite. So come break bread (or tear tortillas) with MLC staff and friends and neighbors, with program offerings in both English and Spanish. We hope to see you there!
